• You will have access to the very latest technology being invited to Ailo. This allows instant access to your investment funds, reporting, statements, invoices and rent status of your tenants.
• We commence your lease renewal process 120 days out from the tenancy reviewing strategic investment strategies and evaluate if cosmetic changes could increase rental % yields including furnished / unfurnished properties. 
• We aim to secure you a very high-quality tenant at the highest possible rent while having the lowest possible vacancy period. We complete full background and reference checks on all applications. We will then advise you on the applications on your property for you to choose who you would like to rent your property.
